Sneaky

Brendon and I finally got around to painting Kent’s room. We’ve been here nearly nine months so I figured that I couldn’t use the excuse of moving and having a new baby forever. I wish I hadn’t waited because it probably would have been much easier to do the painting before Kent became mobile since he likes to get into EVERYTHING. To solve this little problem we decided to put him in his Bumbo while we painted. It seemed to work for a while, but every time we turned around he would be playing with a tool or something that wasn’t even close to being within his grasp. We just couldn’t figure out how he was getting it all. I just figured that sometimes he just ends up with things and I don’t even want to know how he gets a hold of them, but in this case I’m glad I found out. The little sneak stood up in his Bumbo, then grabbed what he wanted and sat back down again. I couldn’t help but laugh at how the Bumbo stuck to his bum when he stood up. It was so freaking cute!

I love it! I guess I'll have to move a few things when he comes.

Hey Danelle! I found your blog. We need to get together again sometime!

And . . . I didn't stalk you, I just googled you. :) In case you were wondering.

Do they call it a bumbo because it stays on their bums?
